EGS F&B Control makes it possible for you to link purchase orders and delivery receipts to invoices. Delivery receipt numbers and details are recorded per invoice, so you have a complete record of all transactions made with any particular vendor. You can print out a list of all invoices per supplier, with corresponding delivery receipts and purchase order numbers. Details of each receipt and purchase order can be displayed and printed out for verification. Information about invoices and delivery receipts can be exported to your accounting system to avoid double encoding.
