EGS F&B Control makes it easy for you to record product deliveries. Rather than keying each delivered item, delivery receipts are matched with purchase orders for price and quantity verification. Histories of deliveries are computed and saved for immediate comparison and future control of invoices.
Receiving is a way of adding inventory to stock. Users can receive deliveries from purchase orders created and deliveries without purchase orders. They can add the delivery receipts from suppliers in the system, which will later be used to match invoices received from suppliers.
Purchase order price will be the default price upon receipt of goods, but users can modify this price in case there will be price changes on the time of delivery.
Different packaging units are easily received and converted. By comparison of the orders and the deliveries, you can instantly spot errors on quantities, quality, and prices that would otherwise fall in the vendor's favor.
The Accounting Department can also link the Supplier's Invoice to the DR so that they can compare the accuracy of the amounts billed to them by their suppliers.
